Catarina qualified from the Faculty of Dental Medicine of Porto, where she obtained her LMD, in 2009. For the last two years she has worked between Portugal and the UK, travelling to Portugal every month on a regular basis to treat patients.
She practices private dentistry and, although she enjoys all aspects of general dentistry, she has a special interest in implants and oral surgery.
Catarina believes that it is important that she gets to know her patients so she can find the best treatment for them. She will always take the time to listen her patients, to fully understand their needs, and discuss all of the options available to them.
Outside of the practice, Catarina enjoys travelling, exploring new places, socialising with friends, spending time with her family and she is a nature lover.

Rebecca began her dental career in 1988 in Portsmouth, gaining her qualification in dental nursing. She went on to undertake postgraduate training at Guy’s Dental Hospital, qualifying in 1994 as a dental hygienist. Moving to Australia in 1996, she worked at a specialist periodontal practice in Sydney. She returned to the UK in 2000 and has worked in private practice ever since, joining the team at Westbrook House in 2007. Her aim is to help every patient maintain a healthy mouth and provide a personalised oral health plan that works with their needs and lifestyle.
Rachael has been taking care of the oral and periodontal health of our patients since 1997. After gaining her dental nursing qualification at the Royal London Hospital, she was accepted at the prestigious Guy’s Dental Hospital, where she attained her Diploma in Dental Hygiene, along with her Dental Health Education Certificate. Rachael’s clinical experience in periodontics (gum disease treatment) is instrumental in helping her patients maintain their dental and gum health. Prevention is her strength, and her experience is indispensable in supporting patients before and after complex dental treatment, and dental implant procedures. Stabilising and maintaining oral health is key to the long-term survival of any dental work a patient receives, and Rachael’s role is central to achieving this.
